1. Vehicle Condition

The vehicle is sold in its current condition as described at the time of sale. The buyer accepts the vehicle "as seen" unless a separate written warranty is provided by Forest Gate Motors LTD.

2. Deposit

Any deposit paid to secure the vehicle is non-refundable should the buyer choose to withdraw from the purchase. The deposit will be refunded only if Forest Gate Motors LTD is unable to deliver the vehicle as described or cannot provide clear title.

3. Full Payment & Collection

The vehicle remains the property of Forest Gate Motors LTD until full cleared payment has been received. The vehicle will not be released until payment clears. The buyer is responsible for arranging transportation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Title & Ownership

Forest Gate Motors LTD confirms it has legal title to the vehicle and the right to sell it. In the event of any title dispute, liability shall be limited to the purchase price paid.

5. Mileage & Description

The mileage stated is accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time of sale. Forest Gate Motors LTD takes all reasonable care to accurately describe vehicles. Buyers are encouraged to inspect the vehicle and obtain an independent inspection prior to purchase.

6. Cancellation

Where a buyer wishes to cancel this agreement after signing, the deposit paid may be retained by Forest Gate Motors LTD as a cancellation fee.

7. Warranty

Unless a separate written warranty is provided, the vehicle is sold without warranty. Forest Gate Motors LTD shall not be liable for mechanical, electrical, or cosmetic issues arising after collection.

8. Limitation of Liability

Forest Gate Motors LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses. Any liability is limited to the total purchase price paid.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Data Protection

Your personal information will be used solely for the purpose of completing this sale and retained in accordance with UK GDPR. Your data will not be shared with third parties without consent.
